The New Britain Discovery Collaborative The Discovery Collaborative brings together parents, childcare providers, the school system, area social service providers and local government to work on improving the lives of New Britain’s children from birth to age 8. The collaborative’s current priorities are:

• To increase the supply of high quality affordable early care and education
• To improve the quality of the currently available early care
• To train parents to advocate on behalf of children
